Each exhibit booth includes one six-foot draped table, two side chairs, wastebasket, back drape, side rails, company sign, one full conference registration, two exhibit staff badges (additional badges for staff can be purchased for $300 each), and basic Wi-Fi. Hall is carpeted. ***
Extra event tickets are available for purchase (includes Chairmen's Reception, Opening Night Party, Seated Breakfast, Happy Hour & a Half + Concert, Luncheon with Entertainment). The exhibitor fee also includes a 1/2 page full-color ad in either the post-conference issue of TFM July-August or the September-October issue. There is no discount for those who do not want the ad.

50% of the total cost of exhibit space is non-refundable for written cancellations received before 3/1/20. NO REFUNDS AFTER 3/1/20. Exhibitor is responsible for unpaid exhibit fees upon cancellation.
Firms or organizations, not assigned exhibit space, will not be permitted to solicit business within the exhibit hall or exhibit area.
